イタリアのタンナー、Italpel社が手掛ける「ALPHA Leather」を使用したSOLE OPTIONの大容量トートバッグ「KEW」。
昔ながらのバケッタ製法で作られた、フルベジタブルタンニン鞣しのシュリンクレザーを使用。
染料仕上げで芯まで染められた革は、肉厚ながらもしなやかで、しっとりとした手触りが特徴です。
革を揉みほぐすことで生まれる自然なシボは型押しとは異なり、部位によって表情が異なるのも魅力。
使い始めはマットな質感ですが使い込むほどに艶が増し、深みのある風合いへと変化していきます。

The KEW is a generously sized tote bag from SOLE OPTION, crafted from ALPHA Leather by the Italian tannery Italpel.
Made using traditional vacchetta methods, this fully vegetable-tanned leather is thick yet supple, with a soft, smooth feel.
Its natural grain is developed through tumbling rather than embossing, giving each hide a unique character.
Initially matte, the leather gradually develops a rich sheen and patina with use.
The soft leather gives the bag a relaxed, natural silhouette.
